These terms of service govern the use of My Fitness Coach (operated in Spanish as Mi Coach Fit), an AI-powered training and nutrition app. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
Description of the service
My Fitness Coach lets you log workouts, meals, and progress, and generate personalized training routines and menus using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is guidance only and may contain errors: review it critically before following it.
Accounts
To use the app you need an account with your name and email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate information and have the legal capacity to accept these terms.
Plans and payments
We offer subscription plans and AI generation packs. Payments are processed through Stripe; we do not store your card data.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Generation packs are non-refundable once the generations are consumed. Prices may change; we will notify you before a change affects your current subscription.
Acceptable use
By using the service you agree to the following:
- Do not use the service for illegal purposes or to harm others.
- Do not attempt to access other users’ accounts or our systems without authorization.
- Do not resell the service or abuse the AI features, for example by automating bulk requests.
Intellectual property
The application, its brand, design, and code are the property of My Fitness Coach or its licensors. Your data is yours: you keep the rights to the information you log, and you grant us only the license needed to operate the service — for example, processing your prompts with AI providers.
Not a medical device
My Fitness Coach is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Generated routines and menus are general wellness suggestions. Consult a health professional before starting an exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition.
Service availability
We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify or discontinue features; if a change is significant, we will give you reasonable advance notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Fitness Coach will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including the results of following AI-generated routines or menus. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to it.
Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms; where reasonable, we will notify you first.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico (Estados Unidos Mexicanos). Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in Mexico.
